Books for Everyone
Robert Whanslaw's books are there to be enjoyed by all.
Something for everybody as they say!
Welcome to my world of words! As a passionate writer, I'm here to share my journey with you.
So, grab a cup of tea, glass of wine or whatever your preferred relaxation accompaniment is and
let me take you on a trip through the realms of fiction.
My story begins in the town of Walton on Thames, where I grew up. School never quite clicked with me, and
I found myself constantly rebelling against the traditional education system. But amidst the chaos, there
was one flame that burned bright within me: writing. I spent countless hours filling pages of exercise books
with my imagination, weaving stories that have since been lost in the annals of time (probably for the best).
After leaving school, I realized the importance of education and decided to embark on a personal journey of self-improvement.
I immersed myself in studying all the things I should have done earlier (yes, I admit, I was a bit of a numpty).
The arts, music, and storytelling remained my true passions..
Beyond the realm of writing, I find solace in the rich tapestry of history. Exploring ancient castles and wandering through the corridors
of English heritage sites fills me with awe and inspiration. When I'm not engrossed in books or lost in the echoes of the past, you might
catch me cheering for my beloved team, Walton and Hersham FC, whenever time allows.
Writing, as exhilarating as it is, can be a solitary pursuit. But fear not, for I am a social creature who thrives on connecting with others.
Twitter has become my virtual haven, where I engage with fellow book enthusiasts, exchange thoughts and ideas, and delve into spirited conversations.
So, don't hesitate to swing by and say 'Hi'—let's have a chat!
Join me on this captivating journey through fiction. Together, let's explore the realms of imagination, breathe life into unforgettable characters,
and embark on thrilling adventures that will linger in your heart long after the last page is turned.
